Those patients eligible for repeat prescriptions receive a two part computer printed prescription. The first part is handed into the chemist for dispensing. The second part should be retained by the patient until such time it is needed to re-order medication.

To order, simply mark a cross against the drugs you require and post it into the prescription box in reception.

Alternatively you can order prescriptions by telephoning the Practice and pressing Option 1

The Reception Team are unable to take your prescription requests over the telephone.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
