Carol has overall responsibility for the running of the practice and for the staff.
She is also our Complaints Officer. If you have a complaint, please telephone or ask to speak to her and she will try her utmost to resolve your problem. If she cannot do this, we have a formal Complaints Procedure, which she will explain to you. However, we do hope that you will not have cause to make an official complaint and we will do what we can to make sure that this is the case.
Please also speak to Carol should you have any ideas about improving services. She is always willing to listen and, if appropriate, will put your idea into action.
