Those patients eligible for repeat prescriptions receive a two part computer printed prescription. The first part is handed into the chemist for dispensing. The second part should be retained by the patient until such time he/she needs to re-order medication.
To order, simply mark a cross against the drugs you require and hand it into reception or alternatively, post it into us with a stamped addressed envelope enclosed and we will post it back to you. It is more time saving for everyone if you try and order all your tablets once a month.
Alternatively you can order repeat prescriptions by telephoning the Practice between 10am and 1pm.
Please do not add items on to the printed list of medication. You should always see a doctor if you think you require further medication.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
